On May 31, 2021, the 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders of Shenzhen FUHENG New Material Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the company's conference room. The meeting was presided over by Yao Xiuzhu, chairman of the board of directors.

        At the meeting, Yao Xiuzhu, chairman of the board, made the work report of the board of directors in 2020, Liu Ming, chairman of the board of supervisors made the work report of the board of supervisors in 2020, Lai Chunjuan, chief financial officer, made the financial statements in 2020 and the financial budget report in 2021 and the profit distribution plan in 2020, and deliberated and voted on the above reports with the shareholders.
